Shares in a joint-stock company with €20 million in share capital. The transaction uses a lawyer’s trust account, without requiring a personal Portuguese bank account. Held for eight years: an average annual return of 4% and buy-back at par. Amber Star holds the exclusive representation contract for this programme.

Nationality

Applicants must not hold citizenship of an EU country.

Criminal record

Applicants must not have been convicted of a crime for a period exceeding one year.

Entry to the Schengen Area

Applicants must not be subject to a ban on entering the Schengen Area.

Criminal record

Certificate from the country of origin and countries of residence over the last five years, with an apostille.

Portuguese NIF

Portuguese tax identification number.

Tax residence identification

Tax number from the country of tax residence, with a notarised copy and an apostille.

Passport

Passport or another valid identity document.

FAMILY REUNIFICATION

Your life plans, with your family.

Spouse or partner

Marriage or common-law partnership. Supporting evidence is required for common-law partnerships.

Children

Children under 18 are included automatically. Over 18: students, unmarried and financially dependent.

Parents

Parents over 65 are included automatically. Under 65, proof of financial dependency is required.

Siblings

Under 18 and under the main applicant’s legal guardianship.
