The advertisements are informative in nature. Images, maps and locations may be illustrative or approximate for technical, commercial, security or privacy reasons.
Services
Real estate mediation and partners
The real estate mediation activity is carried out under license AMI 26490 and applicable Portuguese legislation. The object, remuneration, exclusivity, duration and other conditions of the mediation result from the written contract signed with the client. No content on the website replaces this contract or the legally binding information of a specific transaction.
References to financing, investment, taxation, residency, citizenship, Golden Visa or legal services describe areas of monitoring or coordination with qualified entities. They do not constitute legal, tax or financial advice from Amber Star. Eligibility, approval, costs, deadlines and results depend on the law in force, the authorities, financial institutions and professionals responsible.
Responsible use
Rules, intellectual property and liability
The user undertakes to use the website lawfully and not to copy, exploit or republish content without authorization; collect data in an automated way; bypass controls; introduce malicious code; interfere with the service; provide false identity or information; or use advertisements, brands, photographs and databases for illegal purposes. These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Disputes are submitted to the competent Portuguese courts, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules and the right to appeal to a competent alternative resolution entity.
